Christopher M. McKeon concentrates his practice in the areas of Real Estate, Business and Finance, Land Use, and Litigation related to these practice areas. Mr. McKeon represents institutions, businesses, and individuals in a wide array of transactional matters. His real estate practice includes representation of owners, lenders, developers, tenants and joint ventures in all aspects of real estate projects including acquisition, land use permitting, development, construction, financing and leasing. His real estate clients are involved in retail, office, industrial, multi-family and residential real estate projects.

Mr. McKeon’s business law practice involves representation of large and small businesses in connection with their organizational structure, financial matters, operational issues, contracts, and governmental interactions. Having been originally trained as a litigator, Mr. McKeon also represents clients in various real estate and business litigation including land use appeals, landlord-tenant disputes, tax appeals and other contract litigation.

Mr. McKeon received his JD, magna cum laude, in 1991 from Quinnipiac University School of Law where he also served as the Executive Managing Editor of the Quinnipiac Law Review. He received his BA in Political Science in 1988 from Fairfield University.
