Kevin P. Zezima

Kevin P. Zezima practices in the areas of general commercial and civil litigation, with a focus on employment disputes, commercial and residential foreclosures, landlord and property management representation.

Mr. Zezima received his B.A. from the University of Michigan in 2009 and his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 2012. After law school, Mr. Zezima worked for an Illinois-based law firm where he practiced general civil litigation with a focus on employment law. Mr. Zezima’s practice included all areas of employment law, with a particular emphasis on employment discrimination litigation, employee benefit litigation, executive employment agreements, and class action litigation.

Prior to joining Bershtein, Volpe & McKeon P.C., Mr. Zezima served as a Housing Court clerk in Connecticut Superior Court. Mr. Zezima was responsible for assisting the litigants and the presiding judge with housing-related matters.

Mr. Zezima is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and is admitted to practice in Connecticut.
