Tyler S. Peruta
Tyler focuses his practice in real estate law, including residential and commercial sales, acquisitions, dispositions, financings, land use, leasing, summary process and other landlord-tenant disputes, and municipal tax liens. Tyler also assists clients with health law issues, including state regulatory matters, corporate governance, and contract law.
Prior to joining Bershtein, Volpe & McKeon in 2024, Tyler had significant experience in public relations, serving private organizations and political campaigns for state and local office in a variety of capacities.
Tyler is admitted to practice law in the State of Connecticut. He received his J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2024, and his B.A. in Political Science and B.S. in Economics from Quinnipiac University in 2021. He was awarded an official commendation from the Connecticut State Legislature in 2018 for his commitment to public service.
